Service Delivery Policy

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Techno Guide LLC provides digital and professional technology services. We do not generally ship physical products.

This Service Delivery Policy explains how our digital services are initiated, delivered, and completed.

1. Services Covered

This policy may apply to:

  • Website design
  • Website development
  • UI/UX design
  • SEO services
  • Digital marketing
  • Digital strategy
  • Technology consulting
  • Other digital services agreed in writing

2. Project Start

A project generally begins after:

  1. The scope of work has been agreed;

  2. Required contractual documents have been accepted;

  3. Any required deposit or initial payment has been received; and

  4. The customer has provided the information, content, access, or materials reasonably necessary to begin.

The exact start date may be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

3. Digital Delivery

Deliverables may be provided electronically through methods appropriate to the project, including:

  • Email
  • Cloud storage
  • Project-management systems
  • Customer accounts
  • Website deployment
  • Repository or development environment
  • Other agreed digital methods

No physical shipment is normally required.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates depend on:

  • Project scope
  • Customer requirements
  • Availability of required information
  • Customer approvals
  • Third-party services
  • Technical complexity
  • Revisions and scope changes

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

A delay caused by the customer, third-party provider, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the delivery date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide required:

  • Content
  • Images
  • Branding materials
  • Credentials
  • Access
  • Technical information
  • Feedback
  • Approvals

Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

6. Project Approval

Customers should review deliverables promptly and notify us of any issues or requested revisions according to the applicable project agreement.

Where a project includes a defined approval or revision process, that process will control.

7. Website Launch and Deployment

Where website development is included, deployment may require access to the customer’s hosting, domain, DNS, content-management system, or other third-party services.

Launch dates may depend on the availability and configuration of those services.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party platforms or providers.

Examples include:

  • Web hosting
  • Domain registration
  • Content-management systems
  • Payment platforms
  • Advertising platforms
  • Search engines
  • APIs
  • Plugins
  • Software licenses

Techno Guide does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, outages, or changes.

9. SEO and Marketing Delivery

SEO and digital marketing services may be delivered through reports, recommendations, content, technical changes, campaign management, optimization, or other agreed activities.

Because search engines, advertising platforms, competitors, and market conditions are outside our control, delivery of an SEO or marketing service does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales volume, or advertising result.

10. Customer Access and Credentials

Customers should provide accurate and appropriate access credentials where required.

We will use reasonable measures to protect credentials and access information provided to us.

Customers should promptly revoke access when services end where appropriate.

11. Completion

A service may be considered completed when the agreed deliverables have been supplied or the agreed service period has ended, depending on the nature of the engagement.

Specific completion criteria may be defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

12. Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support, maintenance, hosting, security monitoring, updates, or technical assistance are separate services unless expressly included in the applicable agreement.
