Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Techno Guide LLC (“Techno Guide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital and technology services to businesses and organizations.

Because our services generally involve professional time, planning, design, development, consulting, and other work performed specifically for a customer, refunds and cancellations are handled differently from the return of physical products.

This policy applies to services purchased directly from Techno Guide unless a separate written agreement provides different terms.

1. Digital Services

Our services may include:

  • Website design
  • Website development
  • UI/UX design
  • SEO
  • Digital marketing
  • Digital strategy
  • Technology consulting
  • Other professional digital services

There are no physical products or physical-product shipping requirements associated with these services unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A customer may request cancellation before work has started.

If no work has begun and no non-refundable third-party expense has been incurred, we may issue a refund according to the applicable project agreement.

Any applicable payment-processing fees or third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has started, a refund is not automatically available for work already performed.

If a customer cancels a project after work begins, Techno Guide may retain or charge amounts corresponding to:

  • Work already completed
  • Approved milestones
  • Time already spent
  • Non-refundable third-party costs
  • Services already delivered
  • Other expenses reasonably incurred for the project

Any remaining refundable balance will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

4. Deposits

Project deposits or initial payments may be applied toward project work, planning, design, development, research, or other services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, deposits may become non-refundable once work has commenced or costs have been incurred.

5. Milestone Payments

For projects divided into milestones, payment associated with an approved or completed milestone may not be refundable once the corresponding work has been substantially completed.

Specific milestone and refund terms may be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

6. Customer-Requested Changes

Requests for substantial changes outside the original scope may result in additional fees.

Additional work already approved or completed is generally not refundable.

7. Delays Caused by the Customer

Customers are responsible for providing required information, approvals, content, access credentials, and feedback.

Where a project is delayed because required customer information or approval is not provided, the delay does not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Third-Party Costs

Certain project expenses may be paid to third parties, including:

  • Domain registrars
  • Hosting providers
  • Premium software providers
  • Plugins
  • APIs
  • Stock-media providers
  • Advertising platforms
  • Other third-party technology providers

Third-party costs may be non-refundable according to the third party’s own policies.

9. Service Issues

If you believe a service does not substantially conform to the agreed scope, please contact us promptly.

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, may:

  • Correct an issue
  • Provide a reasonable revision
  • Re-perform an affected service
  • Provide another commercially reasonable solution

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, the applicable agreement, and applicable law.

10. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to:

Email: contact@technoguide.online

Please include:

  • Customer name
  • Company name, if applicable
  • Service or project name
  • Invoice or order reference, if available
  • Reason for the request
  • Relevant supporting information

We may request additional information to evaluate the request.

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, we generally process the refund to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Techno Guide does not control the time required by third-party financial institutions to post a refund.

12. Chargebacks

Customers should contact us first regarding billing concerns or disputed charges so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of services and may be addressed through applicable legal or payment-provider procedures.

13. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, refunds may not be available for:

  • Work already completed
  • Approved project milestones
  • Custom deliverables already created
  • Third-party costs
  • Services already delivered
  • Additional work approved by the customer
  • Delays caused by missing customer information or approvals
  • Customer dissatisfaction based solely on a change of preference where the agreed scope was delivered

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
